How much does e-invoicing software cost in Saudi Arabia?

The cost of e-invoicing is not the subscription alone. It is the sum of five components: the base subscription, the compliance level it includes (Phase One only, or Phase Two with it), the monthly invoice cap, integration and implementation fees, and support when regulations change. The second component matters most, because many of the cheaper plans stop at Phase One.

At Snad: invoicing compliant with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority is available from the Basic plan at 149 SAR per month, with no integration fee, no implementation fee, and no cap on the number of invoices.

    The five cost components

Ask any vendor about these five before signing — not about the advertised price alone.

A worked example: a business issuing its own invoices

The calculation below uses Snad's published figures, and you can run it for any other system across its own five components.

    ZATCA-compliant invoicingIncluded
    Number of invoicesNo cap
    Integration, implementation, support0 SAR
    Monthly total149 SAR

Adding a fourth user costs 20 SAR per month or 200 per year.
