Can a quote become an invoice?

Yes. A quote becomes a sales order, then an invoice, then a delivery note, and each one carries the previous document's lines.

Does Snad handle partial payments?

Yes. Each payment is a receipt voucher on the customer's account, and the balance shows in their statement and in the account balances report.

Can different customers get different prices?

Yes. Each item has retail, wholesale and distribution prices to pick per line, and each customer's special discount applies to their invoices automatically.

How do sales connect to inventory and accounting?

Every sales invoice reduces stock and posts its own journal entry, so revenue and receivables reports are always current.

How is VAT calculated on a sales invoice?
