How much does HR software cost in Saudi Arabia?
The cost of an HR system is read from its unit, not its price. A per-employee price is multiplied by your entire payroll and grows with every hire; a per-user price is multiplied by the people who actually open the system — usually a small administrative group — and a flat plan stays put however much you hire. This is why a fifty-employee business can be several times cheaper on a flat plan, and why the opposite holds for a small, stable team.

A worked example: fifty employees and four administrators
The business has fifty employees, but only four people actually open the system: an HR manager, an accountant, a manager and a payroll officer. The calculation below uses Snad's published figures; run it for any other system across its six components — and check its pricing unit first.
Billed annually: 3990 SAR per year — the cost of ten months rather than twelve.
Adding a sixth user brings the cost to 419 SAR per month.
Run the same calculation on a per-employee system: multiply by fifty rather than four, then add the separate accounting subscription — that is where the difference lives, not in the advertised price.
