## AI Mode — AI inside Snad

AI Mode is the AI layer inside Snad. You write a request in Arabic or English; it reads your company's data in Snad, builds reports and prepares operations in sales, purchasing, accounting, inventory and HR. Each operation is shown for review, and runs only after you confirm it.

- Requests are written in Arabic or English.
- Reports are built from the company's own records in Snad, as a chart or a table, and export to Excel (XLSX) or CSV.
- Operations in sales, purchasing, accounting, inventory and HR: for example sales invoices, quotations, purchase orders, receipt and payment vouchers, journal entries, stock transfers, price updates and leave requests.
- Every operation is shown as a preview first. It runs after the user confirms; financial and bulk operations ask the user to type the total or the number of records before they run.
- It works within the user's role permissions and branch and warehouse access in Snad.
- Every operation AI Mode runs is recorded in its history.
