One database, a different reading for every activity
The platform is one — accounting, invoicing, inventory, point of sale and HR — but what you need from it changes with your activity, your number of branches and the countries you trade in. Pick your activity to see its daily cycle inside Snad, and what changes at the second branch.
Pick your activity
Each page explains the workflow in that activity and the apps that serve it
What every activity shares
E-invoicing with a QR code and a digital signature, accounting with automatic entries, inventory, HR and payroll, and profit and tax reports are all apps available on every plan — plans differ by usage limits, not by which apps you get. The activity pages above explain how those same apps are used in each business, rather than describing different products.
Four files in every activity
The same files in every activity; what changes is their weight and the number of branches they spread across.
The books
The entry is created with the invoice, not a month later. Selling in more than one currency records the exchange difference and shows it in the report.
Inventory
An independent balance per branch or warehouse, with transfers between them recorded as movements rather than fresh entries. Reorder alerts run per location.
The team
Attendance, leave and a payroll run drawn from the same record. Each branch keeps its own time zone, so hours follow the employee's local time.
Tax and reporting
The invoice carries its tax fields, and the periodic report is read from recorded invoices rather than gathered from paper. The rate is set once in the settings.

Frequently asked questions
- Does the platform differ by activity?
- The platform is one; the setup is not. Each activity page explains what to switch on first and how its cycle is ordered, rather than another product.
- Does the price change by sector?
- No. Plans are the same for every activity, and the difference is usage limits: how many users and how many apps run at once.
- My activity is not on the list. Does Snad suit me?
- The nine pages are examples rather than a limit. Run your own cycle inside the platform before deciding, since that is the measure that matters to you.
- Does Snad serve more than one branch?
- Yes. Each branch holds an independent stock balance and its own time zone, and reports can be read for a single branch or for the total.
- When does a team move from spreadsheets to a platform?
- When more than one person needs to edit the file at once, or when the same number gets written twice. Entry errors then exceed the cost of a subscription.
